Rita Weiss lives in Maricopa, AZ. She has been a real estate agent for 45 years and a real estate broker for 30 years. She opened her own company in 1999. She has been doing Property Management since 1999 and was one of the only agents/companies in the city of Maricopa to do so; She has watched Maricopa continue to grow and is extremely familiar with the city. Rita is a Certified Residential Property Manager, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and continually takes continued education above and beyond the requirement for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Randi Weiss Harris has been doing real estate since 2012. She started working with Rita and living in Maricopa. In 2014 she moved to Chandler, AZ where she resides to this day and opened up the 2nd branch for Aloe. Randi has two Masters Degrees, one in Business Administration and Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Randi is a Certified Residential Property Manager, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and continually takes continued education above and beyond the requirement for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Alexes has been doing real estate for a year and a half, and started with Aloe Property Management right off the bat. She has learned the ropes from the basics and has become an experienced property manager. She deals with everything Tenant related, maintenance and helping with basic financials. She has worked on transaction coordinating, showing properties, and all leasing essentials. Alexes is one class away from being a certified residential property manager. She continually takes classes with Rita and Randi and is very involved in decision-making and helping run the business. She has her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University in 2019. She moved to Arizona in 2020 and lives in San Tan Valley.
