After relocating from Chicago to Arizona in 1997, she founded her own company and has called Maricopa home since 2003. As one of the first professionals to provide property management services in the city, Rita has developed extensive knowledge of Maricopa’s growth and real estate trends, making her a trusted resource for both clients and the community. Rita is a Certified Property Manager reflecting her dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards
Randi Weiss Harris

Randi Weiss Harris has been doing real estate since 2012. She started working with Rita and living in Maricopa. In 2014 she moved to Chandler, AZ where she resides to this day and opened up the 2nd branch for Aloe. Randi has two Masters Degrees, one in Business Administration and Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Randi is a Certified Residential Property Manager, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and continually takes continued education above and beyond the requirement for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Alexes has been working in real estate and property management for three years, starting her career with Aloe Property Management. Over time, she has gained hands-on experience and grown into a knowledgeable and dependable property manager. She focuses on landlord relations and plays a key role in onboarding new landlords. Alexes is also actively involved in business operations and decision-making at Aloe. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University in 2019. Originally from Kansas, she moved to Arizona in 2020 and now lives in Gilbert, AZ.
